Dr. Swati Dudani graduated in dentistry in 2001 from Vasantdada Patil Dental College, Sangli. After gaining further clinical experience, she established her practice at Pune - Dantay Dental Clinic - in 2009. Dr. Swati has a keen passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry and believes in a holistic approach to dental care whilst treating patients. Dr. Swati's superb art skills lead her to develop a keen interest in the prosthetic rehabilitation of patients requiring cosmetic facial replacements for missing eyes, ears, and noses. She is adept at sculpting realistic-looking prostheses and is an excellent colourist.

Dr. Mohit Dudani graduated in dentistry in 2001 from Vasantdada Patil Dental College, Sangli. He further achieved a post-graduate MDS degree in Prosthodontics in 2008 from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai. Dr. Mohit then worked as an academician at Sinhgad Dental College, Pune till 2016 where he was actively involved in rehabilitating patients with missing parts of the jaws and face. Dr. Mohit is an excellent clinician with empathy and compassion towards his patients. He has recently achieved the distinction of training as a Maxillofacial Prosthetist from King's College, London in 2024.

Inspired to make a difference for patients who have lost part of their face (e.g., the jaws, eyes, ears, nose) or the rest of the body (e.g., fingers, toes, hands, breast), both Drs. Swati and Mohit founded MaxFacIndia in 2017. This organization is working on several fronts to improve the quality of healthcare provided to these patients in India. An important part of our vision is to establish a Global Foundation for providing financial support to prosthetically rehabilitate these patients with the help of donor support. We will endeavor to set up this professional body by 2027.

  • Dantay Dental Clinic was established in 2009 by Dr. Swati Dudani, BDS & Dr. Mohit Dudani, MDS.

  • Presently, located at: The Capital A, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune – 411045.

  • We are working to partner with dentists, surgeons, hospitals & dental colleges to treat patients.

MAXFAC SILICONE LAB

  • Our Silicone Lab – started in 2017 – supports Clinicians (Dentists, Prosthodontists, Post-Graduates) across the country in their clinical rehabilitation efforts.

  • We pride ourselves in our matching and merging of the prosthesis to the patient’s facial and body appearance.

  • This is done with careful attention to detail during all stages of the work – measurements, model making, sculpting, mold making, & silicone coloration.

  • Both Dr. Mohit and Dr. Swati have travelled to the UK to train with established Maxillofacial Prosthetists (or Anaplastologists) and Prosthetic Special Effects Fx Artists.  (working in the Movie Industry).

PARTNERSHIP WITH TECHNOVENT, UK

  • In 2017, MaxFacIndia established a vital business partnership with Technovent Ltd., Wales, UK.

  • We are now working as the India-Wide Distributors for the maxillofacial prosthetic product range of Technovent, UK and Factor II, US.

  • Our joint efforts are ensuring that clinicians, prosthetists, hospitals, and dental colleges have access to materials of global standards for treating their patients.

  • Patients also now have direct access to different medical-grade adhesives for their prostheses. These products have been scientifically tested for biocompatibility.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS

  • ‘Learning is a Journey lasting like a Life-Time’

  • In 2014, we established our Training Wing – Dudani Education Center and are proud to have completed 50+ workshops and added to skills of 200+ trainees.

  • Our workshops are based on the hands-on training model – one learns through practical handling of materials and execution of clinical & laboratory techniques.
